Here are the settings that are common to all email clients (software)
Be sure to substitute your domain name where it says “yourdomain.”
POP3 and SMTP Server | mail.yourdomain.com |
Username | Your FULL email address |
Password | Must be a strong password, otherwise the system will reject it |
SMTP Requires Authentication | Yes, use same login as POP3 |
SMTP Port Number | 26 |
POP3 Port Number | 110 |
Login with secure connection | No |
This will work as an IMAP account, though if you don’t know what that is, you can safely ignore this.
If these settings don’t work, try one of the alternate settings that follows.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings
(Recommended)
Username: | your email@yourdomain.com |
Password: | Use the email account’s password. |
Incoming Server: | server.hammock-hosting.com

Outgoing Server: | server.hammock-hosting.com

Authentication is required for POP3, and SMTP.

(NOT Recommended)

- Outgoing mail is sent using SMTP.
